Here at Castle Realty LLC I can't remember the last time we charged a commission of 6%. I'd say that 99% of our agreements were at 5% or lower. In addition, we have provided additional personal property in transactions to help our clients out. As a broker, I have never believed in 6% commissions. In fact, our average listing agreement is 4.5% total commission to be paid to both buyer and seller agents in the transaction. Many of you know that when I represent you, I've always considered your needs above mine or the company.

Those who know me will vouch for my integrity and real estate knowledge and ability. Even then, I can list your home for 4% and provide assistance in your purchase of real estate. I doubt any real estate professionals will compete with this figure. Most will say they provide a greater skill set which commands a higher commission. However, I will always put the money you invest in your real estate endeavor where my mouth is. I work for you and if things go sideways, I assure you it affects me as well personally not just financially.
