Since her surgery she’s been stuck in the house recuping, today she felt good enough to go out to diner. So we got dressed up and headed out. Date night with all my loves.

So here I am getting my breakfast of champions in putting in some rounds on IRON MIKE/BOXMASTER and this happens.

By no means do I think I’m strong enough to break this thing with one or even a few shots, they are very well-built one of the reason why these things are not cheap. What finally got it was the CONSISTENCY!!!
I’ve been blasting off on this thing damn near every day for the better part of 8+ years give or take.
If you’ve ever have taken one of my boxing classes or scroll through some of my content, you’ll hear me talk about
“stronger every day”get better every day the key to that is Consistency.
A little every day adds up to a lot.
Now I gotta find a good welder 😂

Piña coladas now we summer time funning it up.
They love my piña coladas.

That time of year when the girls take over the hot tub, turn the temp way down and make it their own personal kid pool. And man do I look good in my new straw hat. Thanks to and hats came in just in time for summer fun.

Reward for the community service.

We put together a w**d pulling team, made up of neighbors, neighbors, kids, and us to pull w**ds in front of an elderly couples house in the neighborhood who can’t do it for themselves.
Teaching these kids how service to others with no expectations can enrich our own lives.

So proud of these people and these kids.
I sent out a group text and within 20 minutes everyone came out.

2023 Pathfinder

This is why in my opinion SWEAT class is the beast Functional fitness HIIT class in NM. Non stop HARDWORK required to get thru it. But still scalable for all fitness levels. Always something new, GREAT bunch of people killing it embracing the SUCK right there with you. Since committing to two classes a week, (Wed,Sun) my conditioning has improved every week. *t

And how blessed I am, I got two daughters. How I love you babygirl.
Happy birthday, I’m so blessed to be on this journey and have you and your sister be my purpose. All thought I wish I could keep you my little baby girl forever safe and sound in my care. I can’t wait to continue this journey and see the amazing, caring, intelligent, charismatic and powerfully independent woman you’re going to become.
