Sweetgrass Physical Therapy & Wellness was a family owned and operated private physical therapy practice in Cut Bank MT from 2011-2018. Due to a move out of state, the Cut Bank Location was closed 6/21/2018. We intend to re-open in the Mid-Willamette Valley within 1-2 years.
We thank the community of Cut Bank and surrounding areas for your years of support, patronage, hard work and laughs. We learned something from every person we met, and hope you learned a lot from us too. Our dreams once brought us to the prairie. Now those dreams are taking us on a new adventure.
