Wow, has it been a while! Just wanted to let the people know that we are back with classes! Masks are sometimes required, depending on the level of local cases and such. Please always be prepared to wear a mask for class. If someone you’re working with requests that you wear a mask, you need to. Feel free to reach out with any questions! We’re so grateful to still be here after the pandemic, and we look forward to seeing you all in class. 😁🥋

Early Morning Workout Class. This is a class that is based on a balance of cardio and resistance training. The format is primarily time based, allowing people of different fitness levels to train up to their own limits, while not restricting anyone else.
Monday and Wednesday 6:30AM-7:30AM

In our new Tai Chi class, we will be teaching Tai Chi Chuan: The Soft Ultimate Fist. This is a short Shaolin style Tai Chi form and is great for beginners. We will do about 30 mins of Tai Chi warm ups, Qi Gung exercises, footwork and then we work on the form.

White , gold, and blue are the first three sash ranks at Golden Naga Martial Arts Center and comprise the ranks of 3rd phase training. They’re represented here by (from right) Mas Posie, Mas Sage, and Mas Ash. The gold fringe on the center sash represent a teaching rank. Mas Sage completed extra study and many hours of supervised class time to earn the gold fringe, and now teaches one of the weekly kun tao (beginners) kids classes here at the school.
