Our little garden beds are thriving under the care of our social services assistant, Kori. Along with several other residents, Kori has planted several varieties of veggies such as tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, etc.

We had blast this past Saturday at our very first annual Summer Barbecue Party! In attendance were past and current residents, direct-services staff, administrative staff, board members, community partners and Vets from our Good2Go Vet house. The weather was perfect.

Staff and residents enjoyed the social gathering together as we work to create a stronger community within COI.

We can't wait for the next summer barbecue and expand our guest list!

Many, many thanks to our friends at the Acacia Fraternity, OSU Chapter. This past Sunday, they came out and helped make a paved pathway in our backyard where a gazebo will be erected in the coming weeks. Without their help, this heavy job would not have happened as fast as it did. Joined by staff, a board member, current and past residents, the project took 3.5 hours to complete.

Major thanks to Knife River Corporation for their donation of gravel and to for their donation of pavers. Their generous gifts have provided a safe pathway for our residents.

The Corvallis Knights and Papé Material Handling have partnered up again this summer in support of Community Outreach, Inc. For every stolen base this season, the Knights and Papé will be donating $15 to COI.

We are in need of diapers, size 3 and up, and baby wipes. Please drop off at the COI Main Building, 865 NW Reiman Ave, Corvallis. We are open Mondays through Fridays, 8am to 5pm.

We have a solid amount of size 1 and 2 diapers, so for those who need them, please visit us.

What a fun Saturday! With the beautiful weather, we held a brunch and Easter Egg hunt on our premises for our residents and their families. Staff and residents came together to make this a fun (and fulfilling) event!
