Men's Yoga - Corvallis

After being off last week, Men's Yoga Returns.
Classes are today at 4pm, and Thursday at 5:30pm.

Men’s Yoga CANCELED on Sunday, August 11th and Thursday, August 15th.

Classes resume Sunday, August 18th. See you then!

In case you didn’t get the memo, Thursday is the 4th of July, FOF is closed, and class is cancelled. It’s supposed to be hot, so stay as cool as you can.

And, remember, we WILL be having class on Sunday... the studio is air-conditioned!

A number of guys have reported in that they aren't going to make class on Sunday, so we're just going to cancel class tomorrow. Celebrate those Moms, and I'll see you next week!

TRAVEL ADVISORY! If you get to FOF via 53rd, be aware there was an accident there and the street is closed until the bridge is fixed. Use an alternate route like 35th!

Remember, no comparisons, and accept that your expression of the pose is fine. Even if it doesn't get you on the cover of the magazine!

It is a wet slushy mess out there, so I'm canceling class today.

Guys, I don't know if you've heard, Robnett's Hardware is closing. I'm having a hard time with it. I wrote about it:

Gentlemen, FOF is closed today. This is just as well as I'm not driving! So class is canceled today. Stay safe and warm. It should be melted off by Thursday, but check this space or your email if in doubt.

Summer vacations are in full swing. We've got several cancelations in the upcoming weeks:

• 8/13 - Chair Yoga for Men - canceled
• 8/17 - Men’s Yoga - canceled
• 9/3 - Chair Yoga for Men - canceled

For other days around these dates, classes will be held as scheduled. Safe travels and we’ll see you soon!

A lot of guys said that their kids or wives had plans for them this Sunday, so we went ahead and canceled class. Men’s Chair Yoga will return on Sunday, June 25th.

Just a reminder; there's no class this Sunday, Memorial Day Weekend. We'll see you Sunday, June 4th!

In case you were wondering, yes, we are having class this Sunday. Men's Chair Yoga at 4pm and at Fitness Over Fifty. You don't have to be a member, and you don't have to be over 50. First class is free.

I heard from 4 people who won't be making class tonight due to vacations and other plans. And then a couple because of the weather. So we're just going to cancel class tonight. Stay safe!

Don't worry, the new jokes I've got will age well.

Hey, Guys. Fitness Over Fifty is closing at 5pm today due to expected freezing rain and snow. So today's class is canceled as well. We have no classes next week for either the Sunday or Thursday class, so I'll see you in the new year.

However, Sunday the 25th, Thursday the 29th, and Sunday January the 1st classes are canceled.

Gentlemen, let me tell you, this year's flu is a doozy. That said, I'm on the mend with only a lingering intermittent dry cough. I should be well past the infectious stage, so classes are back on. See you this afternoon!

PS: If anyone's worried about COVID, I had none of the symptoms and 3 negative home test results.

Men's Yoga is canceled today, Thursday, November 17th. I'm dragging and feel like I might be coming down with something: scratchy throat and low energy.

Also, next week is Thanksgiving and we'll not have class then either.

So, I'll see you next on December 1st!

The Men’s Yoga Reboot is going well. We’re getting used to the routines again and shaking off the rust. We’re still taking it slow, focusing on longer holds, but it’s been going well. And it’s been great to see folks we haven’t seen in a couple of years.

Remember, new days and a new time:
• Chair Yoga for Men – Sundays from 4pm to 5pm.
• Men’s Yoga – Thursdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm

If you’re planning on coming to Sunday’s class, remember we set our clocks back. Sure, we gain an hour this time around, but it’s darker in the evening.
