ATTENTION: clients, due to the rise of last minute cancellation and no shows, the stylists here at Luxe Hair Salon will be implementing a more strict cancellation/no show policy effective January 5, 2023. We understand some cancellations cannot be avoided

Please understand this is our full-time job and sole income. If our hands are not moving we are not making money. Last minute cancellations/no shows do not give us adequate enough time to fill an appointment slot from our cancellation waitlist.

Cancellations within a 24 notice will incur a 50% fee of your scheduled service(s).

Same day cancellations and no shows will incur a 100% fee of your scheduled service(s).

These fees will be charged to your existing card on file. If you do not have a card on file it will be added to your next scheduled appointment. If you do not have future appointments scheduled, this fee will need to be paid before your next appointment is accepted.

Low maintenance blonding session. This lovely lady usually comes in about every 3-4 months for a retouch and I love that when she walks in the door she still looks as good as she did when she left!!! 💕 root tap, and highlights, don’t forget the glaze😉
