I made a little (already known) discovery tonight, as I was hula hooping... We are all one-sided dominant! I normally hoop to the right, but when I tried to hoop to the left, it was like trying to eat or write with the wrong hand. So, I encourage you to work the other side of your body, to help create balance! You don't have to apply it to hula hooping, but to your everyday activities! Wear your purse on the opposite shoulder, open the door with the opposite hand, Etc. Be well and balanced!!! xoxo 😉

I've had a few friends and clients asking if I still do meal prep, the answer to that question is yes! I usually have my client go shopping with me for the groceries, supply me with containers of their choice, I prep the meals on Sunday, and then they're ready Sunday night / Monday morning for pickup or delivery.

If all you can do is walk, then walk.. if all you can do is crawl, then start there. I never thought I'd get set back so far physically, but, because I ignored my body and pushed through pain and injury, I am here walking. Baby steps. Do whatever you can, just do something!

Sleep deprivation is NO joke!! I'm happy with my appearance, for the most part; I work hard at keeping myself fit and healthy, but the lack of sleep is killing me and making me feel horrible! I need to find the root of this problem! I encourage you all to find the root to whatever ails you, rather than masking the problem and having it resurface down the road! And if anyone has ever battled sleep deprivation, and has successfully beat it, I would love to hear how you did it! xoxo

Sitting in my car at the park, procrastinating. Trying to come up with an excuse not to run, because I'm just not feeling it today. But while I'm sitting here twiddling my thumbs, someone else is out there making it happen! I just can't have that. What are your thoughts on mobile fitness apps? If you had access to an app/website where you could pull up custom workouts and nutrition right from your phone, would you purchase it? How many of you would purchase it if it were $9.99 a month? And how many of you currently use apps such as daily burn or other fitness apps?

Today's workout only took me 40 minutes to reach my 450 calorie burn goal. It doesn't take much guys!! In addition I went up and down between 75%-90% of my heart rate! Intervals baby!!

Circuit #1 (repeat 3 times)
Deadlifts x 20
Toe touches x 20
skater hops x 30

Circuit #2 (repeat 3 times)
Plank shoulder tap x 30
Reverse lunges on right x 15
Triceps extension on ball x 15
Reverse lunges on left x 15

Circuit #3 (repeat 3 times) *I cheated and only did 2 times because of time
Ham curl w/ball x 20
Ball pass x 20
Ball high plank x 30 seconds
