We're seeing Red! A launch party for the debut of the Carerra watch designed by . From the red toned curated menu to the venue, uplighting, floral design and table accents, an intimate group of guests wined and dined while trying on the latest watch designs. The served as the perfect backdrop to the Hollywood Hills, filled with classic cars that will leave you speechless. This was definitely one for the books!

When Niaz and Franco reached out for us to plan, design and cater their wedding at the in Dana Point, they had a very clear vision of what they wanted their day to look and feel like.

They wanted to merge their cultures and cuisine, Niaz's Persian background with Franco's Catholic Sicilian background with a Catholic ceremony and create a seaside reception with Italian inspired bites and late night Persian snacks and sweets.

Their love for their Vespa collection was icing on the cake as they arrived on their Italian scooter for their grand entrance.

Guests enjoyed passed appetizers including grilled Calabrian Chili Oysters, Cucumber Gin & Gazpacho Cups, Stuffed Caramelized Onion Mushroom Caps and a Burrata and Procuitto Station. Followed by an Italian cuisine served family style that would create a feel for a Sicilian wedding back at home.

The couple danced the night away under the stars siping on Old Fashioned's and Aperol Spritz mixed with the traditional Persian knife dance. 6.10.23

We're well into a week of the new 2024 year and back to working on upcoming events coming in for the next quarter.

2023 closed out the end of the year with our busiest month to date this past December.

Last year we had the opportunity to work with some amazing new brands and clients. We can't thank our clients, friends and those that continue to refer us and book their most memorable events with us year after year.

We'll be sharing more of last year's content and upcoming events here soon.

It's hard to believe we haven't even had our new kitchen and dining space open an entire year yet, although it feels like we've been working out of there for years now. What we've accomplished is still mind blowing to us!

This is our 10th year of producing events and we are so excited for what is on the horizon. The sky's the limit and we can't wait to share all that's in store this next year 🎉🍾🥂 #2024

When we started our company almost a decade ago, you would think we would have had this master business plan and dream of who we wanted to be and the brand we wanted to unite.

But that couldn't be further from the truth.

I knew I loved to plan events and create beautiful moments in time, while put his heart and soul in his food without a big name culinary institute or restaurant name behind him.

We merged our passions and talents and created our brand of a husband and wife catering and event production team.

We became a one stop shop for our clients from the curated menu to the table and floral design, rentals, entertainment, ambiance and more.

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of creating an intimate event for the anniversary launch with and for the Porsche Carrera watch created by for their anniversary in LA.

Happy Halloween! We had fun filming a Spooky Foods segment with KTLA LIVE Chanel 5 News featuring all of FriedasProduce Biz spooky foods, like Buddha's Hand, tamarind, rambutan, dragonfruit, jackfruit and some holiday favorites like persimmons, kumquats and purple sweet potato. Our spooky table design included an Abracadabra Platter, Graveyard Dip made of purple sweet potato hummus and a ricotta dip with draft fruit jam blood with sweet potato chips for dipping. Libations included a vodka infused Buddha's hand cocktail and a dragonfruit margarita with Black Sea salt rim. Can't forget the dragonfruit eyeballs!

Catering has led him to cook and cater for fortune 500 companies, celebrity clients, Luxe Magazine, personal chef driven meals for Frieda's Produce and Earth Friendly Products. He has donated his time to multiple charities, most recently Habitat for Humanity and a star studded event for All It Takes. Brandon looks at the opportunity to cater for the Irvine Wedding as a “Opportunity of Lifetime” and in the near future Chef Brandon hopes to open a restaurant and event space to further share his culinary creations.
