I’ve spent time taking courses to expand my knowledge in learning new color lines and more advanced techniques. Keeping your services and salon experience up to date is always the goal! GRAY BLENDING
Been getting a lot of clients wanting another way of “blending” their grays and this is the perfect example!
Things to consider if this is for you:
•You have to be ok with your grays not being 100% covered. This is just to “blend” not to actually cover gray.

•You need to be 50%+ gray or it will actually be more maintenance considering most of your hair will be highlighted and the contrast between the highlights & your natural color that is not gray is too significant.

•This is still maintenance but less than having to cover your grays every 4-8 weeks. I recommend every 3-4 months.

•If you only have alot of grays in the front/crown area, there’s always an option to highlight a bit heavier in that area.

•It will take 2-3 (or even more) sessions to completely blend them. After that it’ll just be maintenance.

•In the long run, it is easier to go lighter and stay cool/ashy since there aren’t any old base color that we have to break through when lightening.
