The offset lunge: 1 bell front racked & 1 bell suitcase carried
🟡keep the front racked bell close to your body, elbow tucked and shoulder down
🟡keep the suitcase bell stable, do NOT let it swing next to you
🟡keep your chest up and pull your bellybutton towards the spine to stabilize your core

☮️BREATHE - IT’S FRIDAY!☮️
Feeling the stress from the week? Try some deep belly breathes to help relax!
☮️Lay or sit down in a comfortable position
☮️Gently place one hand on your belly
☮️Slowly breathe in through your nose, focusing on filling your belly (not your chest)
☮️Hold for a few seconds then breathe out through your mouth (your belly should deflate)
☮️Repeat for 5-10 minutes

The kettlebell swing!
Something we do very often at Innovative Results, but are you doing it right??
🌀The bell should start and end in front of you with 2 hands on the bell
🌀To start, hike the bell back like a football
🌀As the bell come back forward, snap your hips and squeeze your glutes
🌀Work with the momentum of the bell

During the holiday season its easy to miss workouts. If you have to miss a workout at the gym, try and move your body in another way…
Like doing your burpees, squats and push-ups for the challenge!!

🟣choose your intensity (10 reps, 50 reps, or 100 reps)

You all know we love to crawl at IR! Here’s a couple tips to make your beast crawl even better!
♦️keep your neck neutral - (don’t look too far ahead or behind you)
♦️keep your butt down and knees close to the ground - (as your hips come up it can cause your core to become unengaged and put more pressure on your wrists/shoulders)
♦️move opposite hand and foot in unison - (the more in sync you are the more efficient your movement will be)
