Where will you ride? We got up bright and early to take a great ride on our tandem from Tomales to Petaluma via Chileno Valley Road before work. It was sunny and also refreshingly cool compared to our recent heat wave. Such a great way to prep for a day, clear the head, and enjoy some of the great roads we have for cycling. Spring Hill
road is recently repaved and smooth as silk. If you have not ridden these very bicycle friendly roads, check them out. They are wide open, Chileno Valley is relatively flat, more bikes than cars.

We will be closed Monday to Thursday for the holiday. Have a safe and happy 4th of July!

This personal bike was stolen from our shop two weeks ago. We are still thinking about it. While we are grateful we did not lose any customers bikes, we are missing having this one in the family.

Couple more used bikes ready to go. A pair of hybrids. The mens is a 2017 Giant Cypress 24 speed, puncture resistant tubes, very good condition. $450. the ladies is a 2019 Liv Flourish in Medium. A beautiful Champagne color. 24 speeds, puncture resistant tubes, rear rack and pedal upgrade. Mint condition. $450.

A pretty specialized Dolce road bike with a triple crankset in the frint for good climbing gears. Size 48. Carbon fork. Clean. $450. Used.

Winter projects continue. Here is a fully refurbished comfort bike. Mountain bike tires, fenders, like new condition. Already has thorn resistant tubes! Size Medium. $350.

While we have plenty of new bikes available from Cannondale, Jamis and Marin, but winter is the time we catch up with our refurbishment of our older bikes. All of our used bikes get any special attention and parts along with a tune up before we sell them. This beauty has lived a couple of good lives, but is now looking for a new home again. Shes a lugged Japanese Steel frame from the 80s. A raliegh womens town bike. Weve replaced all the cables and housing, tire and seat, and installed puncture resistant tubes. It has a nicely upgraded rear wheel that has sealed bearings and DT SWISS Spokes. It also has a rack to carry some of your gear. $325.

Novarro Metro/used but completely refurbished. All new cables and housing, brake pads and parts, thorn resistant tubes. All tuned up and ready to cruise the bike paths. 15/Small size suitable for 5’4 to 5’6ish. $350

Rides on days like these do have their rewards.

We enjoyed a half marathon ride and run the day before coming back to work. But, we are back now and starting out the work year! Hope you had some great times over the holidays. Resuming regular hours wed-sunday 12-6. The bike is my ( Claires ) reconfigured 1992 Ibis SS. Still a pleasure to ride, almost all original parts, but converted to a do everything bike. And it does! Chaz just used the same old legs he always does 😉.

Top of Marlette Peak, Tahoe region. Takes a bit of work to get there, but as you see, worth the efforts. Tahoe’s on the horizon for us, not sure we can make it to Marlette Peak this year, but what a great memory.

Put in a few miles out on Chileno Valley Road to kick of a good looking Saturday, ran into a friend or two on their bikes. The sun was shining, and the cyclists outnumbered the cars by a long shot! It was a parade of people on bikes of every type today. Enjoy your Saturday? ☀️
