There are many benefits to using clear aligners, but are they right for you? The first step in determining whether you are a good candidate for clear aligners is to arrange a consultation with your orthodontist. Clear aligners are great for adults who just need small adjustments, kids and adults who don't want the appearance of metal brackets.

We say it every year but it's true! What better way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day than finding all the things that are lucky to have in our loves!

To ensure your little superhero's oral health make sure you are following these suggested bottle tips
•Don't let them fall asleep with a bottle-particularly bottles filled with sugary drinks. Choose water if you are giving them a bottle over night
•Properly sterilize and clean bottles and pacifies to make sure germs are not contributing to bad oral health
•Wipe and clean your child's gums regularly and begin brushing as soon as the first tooth erupts

It's time to switch out your toothbrush! If you have been sick recently, does your brush look like it's seen some better days? Make swapping out your bristles part of your spring cleaning this year! We recommend using a new toothbrush every 3 months-but sometimes it might be necessary to make the swap earlier!

Flossing is just as important as brushing everyday! The majority of cavities happen between teeth-and flossing is the only way to fight that bacteria! Brushing only takes care of 60% of the bacteria in your mouth-don't forget to floss!
