I have personally tried this routine and it does work. I might have done more than 10 in my reps but trust me when I say that 10 is totally fine. This is a great workout. And it only took about 8 mins.

What's up everybody it's Cootie from the Council Bluffs chapter just saying from a fat dad point of view it's ok to do easy days. I did today.
Easy days are so simple and effective. Just some push ups, mountain climbers, lunges and calf raises turns a quick easy workout into a very effective workout. A small workout like that can help start your day off on the right foot.
Every day should be leg day.
Stop talking about getting in better shape and start being about getting in shape. Actions speak louder than words.
There are lots of pre workout supplements to help pump you up and give you an extra push for your workout.

Best things in life come from hard work.
It was easy to get out of shape. It's easier to stay out of shape. It's hard to get in shape. It's harder to stay in shape.
Some easy to do great at home workouts for both mom and dad's to do. Workouts for the back of your thighs and butt. Add resistance bands to make the workouts harder.
I personally like to do everything by 20 when I do these style of workouts.
You can try the 8 min challenge or throw some of these ab workouts in your current workout.
Healthy happens when we prioritize your well being.
Cardio boosts your over all endurance. Giving you the ability to decrease your resting heart rate and blood pressure. Says to help with pain relief and your s*x life.
Over all cardio is working your lungs and your ability to use your oxygen.
Cardio is great but if you want to see size improvement you have to add resistance.
Cardio will slim you down but not build you up. Burning fat but not gaining muscle or tone.
So if you've been doing cardio like crazy and you are losing weight but not getting the definition you're looking for, add resistance. Lift weights. Doesn't have to be a lot.
If you're bulking up but can't seem to lose your mid section cardio would be the way to go.
