Over all cardio is working your lungs and your ability to use your oxygen.

Cardio is great but if you want to see size improvement you have to add resistance.
Cardio will slim you down but not build you up. Burning fat but not gaining muscle or tone.
So if you've been doing cardio like crazy and you are losing weight but not getting the definition you're looking for, add resistance. Lift weights. Doesn't have to be a lot.

If you're bulking up but can't seem to lose your mid section cardio would be the way to go.

Random Fact: Coconut Water is said to be super good for post workouts and they say it helps hangovers too. You don't always have to drink just water.

Random Fact: Studies have shown that chocolate milk is an excellent post workout drink. They say to drink it about 30 mins after your workout. If you don't believe it. It's worth a Google.

You can totally see me, Cootie and my Dad Bod glory trying a new workout. Using my own fat ass to workout my fat ass. I've built the weight might as well use it . IDK what these are called but this will kick your ass. Over all I did 20 and I will say Got Damn. I really feel it in my stomach, thighs, shoulders,arms and chest. A complete workout. Made the heart rate rise and I'm a little winded. I think I'm going to start throwing down 20 of these a day.
