✨ The Number One Thing I Learned About Managing Time ⏰ A few years back, I found myself trapped in the stress of feeling like financial success in my holistic healing practice. My nervous system was fried from feeling like success was life-or-death 🫨. The overwhelming thoughts of not having enough time to accomplish what (I believed) was essential for success consumed me. Flashback to 4 years ago when the world shutdown - a mind-f*ck of an experience 🤯. While many seemed to thrive with "extra time," my reality was juggling a 3-year-old and being the spouse of an essential worker. Late nights became my only window to work on my business, including seeing clients or teaching classes. This only added to the challenges of already being a HSP and non-sacral individual (HD Manifestor here). I wore the "victim" badge for a while, but like many, I began awakening to profound truths 🙌. Among them was the realization that we're here for more, each with a unique way to contribute to humanity and bring light to the planet 🔥. The pivotal lesson? Time ⏰ is just a part of the story.
