Wasn't the longest or hardest workout but it was pretty good end to a solid 5 days of working out to start the fall!
How are your workouts going? As fall in the cooler weather comes in what's going to keep you motivated?
We all know it's that time of year to put on baggy clothes and get warm and snuggly and relax and try to unwind in the evenings around campfires but we can't give up on what we've driven to achieve and let go of everything we've accomplished.
Or in my case can't slow down and get all relaxed and cuddly after just getting fired up to get back into it!

Day 7 in the books...been pretty sore lately...harder to recover but keeping at it as often as possible for now.

Ankle gave out, didn't finish like I wanted but I didn't stop.

Shoulder Day, hotel gym. Mainly used my Iron Infidel Bands. Loving my Alpha Lion Gains Candy during workouts. Myzone lost connection and I know the time is missing about 30 mins so not sure if the calories are correct.
Working on getting back in shape, more energy and more stamina. Feeling good.
Good long steady workout, Jefit unused minutes were used between sets for outside of sets movements. Great to keep the heart rate up with Myzone sporting some Combat Iron Apparel Co. gear today too
Been a while...time to start things up.
I have had the Covid19...29lbs hit me and I have lost the majority of my muscle mass. Down 2+ inches everywhere on muscle.
I have had two surgeries to make matters worse, but it's time to turn it around.
No one controls your life and well being but you. But support from friends, family, coaches, trainers and anyone else always makes it easier.
