If you’re locked in at rate “A” but cancel that transaction for a new property/contract, your new rate will be whatever you are quoted when that new contract is sent to the lender. What’s it really like to record video?
When I first started “Tuesday Talk” almost a year ago, I would sometimes restart the recording 2️⃣0️⃣+ times before I could get through it the way I wanted - which is crazy since I’m a teacher - but I would be annoyed with how I looked that day, how fast I was talking, how slouched my back looked, and all other sorts of irrelevant things... The 🔑 was that I stayed committed to delivering, and I never gave up just because some days were more challenging than others. Today, I try to give myself only 3x MAX to get the video right, but I still have days (less frequently now) where the words just don’t come to me. I couldn’t believe how tongue-tied I was this day a few weeks ago, so I put together a clip of some behind-the-scenes ridiculousness. I was 1000% frustrated, but could only laugh at myself and this struggle 🙃
