If you’re locked in at rate “A” but cancel that transaction for a new property/contract, your new rate will be whatever you are quoted when that new contract is sent to the lender. You will no longer have rate “A” unless the rate happens to still be the same at the later date. What if rates DECREASE ⬇️ while you’re locked in? What’s it really like to record video?
When I first started “Tuesday Talk” almost a year ago, I would sometimes restart the recording 2️⃣0️⃣+ times before I could get through it the way I wanted - which is crazy since I’m a teacher - but I would be annoyed with how I looked that day, how fast I was talking, how slouched my back looked, and all other sorts of irrelevant things... The 🔑 was that I stayed committed to delivering, and I never gave up just because some days were more challenging than others. Today, I try to give myself only 3x MAX to get the video right, but I still have days (less frequently now) where the words just don’t come to me. I couldn’t believe how tongue-tied I was this day a few weeks ago, so I put together a clip of some behind-the-scenes ridiculousness. I was 1000% frustrated, but could only laugh at myself and this struggle 🙃
