Take a peek inside this month's new model- Jenny's cottage!

Last week we shared the exterior with you. We are loving this cozy cottage!

The crawl space and full basement versions range from 1459 sf to 1513 sf respectively and offer nice, open living spaces with rear-facing views from most rooms.

You can choose the standard center kitchen design or the well-appointed, optional end kitchen plan with floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and rustic ceiling beams. Each kitchen includes a large prep/dining island bar open to the rear-facing living room.

The bedroom “wing” of the plan offers three bedrooms with a nicely sized primary suite with a walk-in closet and a well-appointed primary bath.

As fabrication and assembly of building components occur in tightly controlled factory settings, off-site construction allows for better quality assurance and control, resulting in a high-quality final product each time.  It is easier to precisely meet design specifications in a factory environment than on a building site, so the design does not have to allow the margin for error necessary for onsite construction.

Besides, off-site construction also leads to improved indoor air quality. As a building’s structure is created inside a factory using dry materials, the likelihood of high levels of moisture being trapped in the framing materials is eliminated, which helps prevent mold, dust mites, and other organisms that exist with it.
