General overview: We are looking for an individual with on-the-job experience in the construction industry that has management skills and operational knowledge of construction code, operations, and safety regulations. This individual will be responsible for large and medium scale projects assisting Upper Level Management with the company's overall focus, goals and keeping the schedule on track and on budget. The individual we are looking for is someone with a desire to be apart of the company's growth.

Construction Superintendent Skills and Qualifications:

- A strong ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, team building skills, and proficiency in working with technology in a operational capacity
- General Knowledge of construction budgeting best practices
- Good planning skills, including design/plan ex*****on, managing workers and subcontractors as well as resource, logistics and material allocation.
- An in-depth understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.
- Understanding of local, state and federal construction regulations
- Great problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective leadership abilities, like motivation, goal-setting and conflict management.
- Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitasking.

Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Hoisting operators license (not required but recommended)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Background check required
