What a way to begin my week !

Thank you to my dear friend,
Kim Garneau, owner of Ki M Healing and hostess of Blessings and Good Health, for inviting me to co-host with her on the air yesterday ! We had such a great time together.

There’s something to be said about surrounding yourself with like-minded people.

Beyond that, I’d like to thank her for pushing me out of my comfort zone.

There was a time when I would have never been able to speak in front of people or on a radio show.

I’ve been on a journey of
healing my throat chakra and Kim assisted me in moving out of that fear by making me feel at ease and fully supported. THANK YOU my dear friend!

Self care is so important💜….

So, I was beyond excited to receive a Reiki session this morning from a very dear friend, Kim Garneau at her healing space, Ki M Healing.

Upon entering her space I felt a sense of comfort🙌soothing colors, beautiful decor, and relaxing music.

Kim facilitated a session that was filled with heartfelt intention. Her soothing voice guided me to a safe space to be able to receive a very deep healing. It was just what I needed and I felt recharged and when it was done.

I’ve been working a little differently with Spirit lately ✨
Connecting in meditation prior to sessions and “automatic drawing” messages for them.

Divine Drawings 🙏😇 and clients love them🩵

What better way to spend a self care day than connecting in nature with a cherished friend ! We are Recharged!

Yesterday a bond was formed by all of us who were present at The Grip of Grief sacred circle.

Grief sits in the heart and sometimes can feel unbearable.

And yesterday, together we became one. We shared and felt each others pain. We laughed, embraced, and shared cherished memories of the heart.

Grief is proof we have loved….🤍

A simple prayer can go a long way 🙏

Grief can grip us on every level of our existence; physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Whether we lose a special loved one, a job, a relationship, or an expectation of what we thought life would be, we need to know we are not totally broken.

We can talk to others, connect, and feel our emotions. We need to find our tools to use to navigate through our days.

We will open up our sacred space with prayer. There will be discussion on how grief can take a hold on the physical, emotional, and mental bodies in relation to the energy centers called the Chakras. The participants will then have an opportunity to share their story. We will be demonstrating some of the tools we use in our daily routines, and close our sacred workshop with a healing card and a gentle energy healing.

If you feel grief has a grip on you, please join us so we can share our stories and the tools that have assisted us on our journey.
