Hi! I’m Ted.

I’m originally from Northern Kentucky. I love helping home sellers and buyers on both sides of the Ohio River. I started my real estate career in 1993 when I joined a Coldwell Banker office and in my first year was top sales agent and Rookie of The Year. After a couple years I moved to a Prudential office and was the top sales agent there. I bought a property management company in November 1996 that managed 48 homes and built it up to 300 homes. In November of 2018, I sold everything. I found that I can help people a lot more by buying their house directly from them than I can by going through some big company. That’s why I started TLM Home Solutions, LLC.
