A few days ago, I had fallen, doing something not so smart, climbing up on a dresser, and fell off and cracked or broke two ribs. I know what pain is now, for sure. Knocked the breath out of me.

I knew doctors could not do anything about ribs, so I did not go to doctors. However, I was strongly encouraged by Antonio Santiago, one of the students, after many others had also said to go, so I did. Had some air at the bottom of the lungs, maybe inside, and broken ribs. I was there for a day and a half waiting for the second x-ray before they did surgery or let me go home; I was released.

All this happened before I learned about Grandma's flight to heaven. So, it is hard to handle three big things simultaneously, including divorce, which is the worst of them all.

I am thankful for the good friends who support me. My youngest son, Matthew, is caring for me today, and knowing I am cared for brings tears to my eyes.

I have always stood my own ground, not asked for help much, and tried to do it myself, but things got too big to handle.

I have learned some really hard lessons this last year. Who are really my friends? Who wants something from me? Who wants to steal from me? Who wants to destroy me?

Some alternative healing workers said, "It goes within the scope of your work. You attract people who need your help but also want to take from you. They want what you have. You are too trusting and giving." Apparently, they are right because two different people said the same thing about me.

Many people have entered my personal life and business; some have become greedy and selfish and wanted more. The common pattern is to tell stories, gossip, and smear to justify their dishonesty.

The sad thing is that I may lose everything I have worked so hard for twenty-five years. One of the people said, "You had a lot of losses over the last three years," which is true of people I thought were my friends, people who stole from my business and relationships, and three deaths. I keep my hopes up, work on myself, receive sessions, and do my happy journalling. I do not complain and do not air much of the events going on.

Of course, I am imperfect; I make mistakes and work hard with a forward mindset.

What keeps me pushing forward are the testimonials of people healing their lives. They tell me how my work has made a difference in their lives, helped their children, saved their lives, and added value to their quality of life. I keep giving sessions and weekly Tapping Sessions in groups.
