weekend Special for you! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿคฉ

Rice-paper malawach

Ingredients:

- 12 rice paper sheets (I like to use the smaller version
- 1 egg
- ยฝ cup of water
- 1 tsp 100% date syrup (for color)

Instructions:ย 

1. In a small bawl, whisk the egg , water and date syrup.

2. Pre-Heat a large nonstick skillet.

3. Take 3 rice paper sheets and soak each in the egg and water mix.

4. Place them on the skillet- one on top of the other so you have 3 layers of rice paper.

5. Turn it over after 2 min. and cook for anther 2 min.

Optional:

โ€ขAdd shredded light baby bell cheese and tomato sauce on top- pizza style.

โ€ขYou can also make 2 rice paper layers- then add the cheese and tomato sauce and then add 2 more rice papers- and you have a grilled cheese style rice paper malawach

โ€ขSpread a tbsp ofย ย homemade humus and hardboiled egg and make it a wrap style meal

Serve immediately.

Nice cream โ€“ banana chocolate:ย ย ( For 3 people)

Ingredients:ย 

- 2-3 frozen bananas โ€“ cut in 2โ€ circles
- 3 Tbsp plant-base milk (almond / coconut / cashew)
- 3-4ย ย pure cocoa powder

Instructions:ย 
1. Combine all ingredients into the food processor, mixing it few times, while โ€helpingโ€ it in between mixes with a spoon.

Tip: I use the puree button.

Optional to add sprinkle of:

*coco nibs
*Coconut flakes
*Crushed almonds
*Chocolate chips
*Serve immediately and enjoyย

Tuesday Special:

Sautรฉed green beans with garlic and seeds.

Ingredients:

-1 bag of frozen green beans (I like to use the ShopRite brand or whole foods)

-1 Tbsp olive oil

-Salt to taste

-1 tsp mashed garlic

-2 -3 Tbsp Raw Sunflower seeds or pine-nuts


Instructions:

1. Cook the green beans for 3-5 min, in hot water and drain well.

2. In a wide non-stick or a wok, on medium heat, using the olive oil, add the seeds and keep mixing so it wonโ€™t burn and until it start having darker colors.

3. Add the garlic, cook 1 min. add the green beans and cook for another minute or 2 minuets and it is ready!

Baked Branzini fillet with herbs:
ย 
Ingredients:

- 2 branzini fillet
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp crushed or mashed garlic
- 1/3 cup mixedย ย chopped cilantro, chopped parsley & chopped mint
- Seasoning- salt and pepper
ย 
Instructions:

1. Place the fillets on a backing paper. Rub 1/4 tsp olive oil on each fillet (no need to rub the skin)

2. Add a bit of salt, garlic, and then the mix of cilantro, parsley & mint on top of the fillets spread evenly.

3. Season again with a bit of salt and pepper.
ย 
4. Optional- add 4 chopped olives or 2 crushed walnuts on top
ย 
5. Bake on 350 for 30 min until ready

Erythritol has almost no calories. Only 6% of the calories of sugar.ย  It is 70% of the sugar sweetness and has no effect on glucose or insulin levels.ย

Todays special recipie:

Sautรฉed Cauliflower gnocchi with kale and cherry tomatoes (2๏ธโƒฃ servings)

Ingredients:

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 bag of cauliflower gnocchi (from trader joes)
๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 cups of kale leaves
๐Ÿ‘‰ 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes half's
๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 minced garlic
๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 tbsp. avocado oil
๐Ÿ‘‰ salt to taste
*optional โ€“ add garlic powder ot Italian spices mix

Instructions: foo๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ
On a large skillet, using 1 tbsp oil sautรฉ the gnocchi, After a few mins when it is starting to get crispy, add the garlic and after 2 more mins add the tomatoes and let it cook for another 5 min. Add the kale and salt and sautรฉ for 3-4 min until it is ready.

Serve immediately and enjoy.๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿฒ๐Ÿฅ˜๐Ÿฅ—

Banana pancake

Ingredients:ย 
- 1 mashed bananaย 
- 2 eggs or 4 egg whitesย 
- 1 Tbsp almond flourย 
- 1 Tbsp oatmeal flour (you can use only almond flour if needed)
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extractย 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions:ย 
-Mix well all ingredients together.
-Pour as small pancakes into a very hot pan sprayed with avocado spray oil, lower to medium heat.
-Turn pancakes when start bubbling for another 1 min or until ready.
