✨QUICK TIP✨

do you ever feel like your hair looks super greasy only 1 or 2 days after washing?

here’s some things you could be doing wrong & how to fix them! :

💕you are applying your conditioner directly to your scalp.
conditioners tend to be really heavy on the hair and can weigh it down. in most cases, conditioner is meant to only go on the ends of your hair, meaning everything that is NOT on the scalp. (unless you have very coarse or dry hair)

💕you are not washing your hair thoroughly enough. your natural oils secrete out of pores in the scalp, causing the hair to look “greasy”. therefore, make sure to really focus on cleansing your scalp and not so much your ends. you will see a huge difference in the longevity between your washes!

💕you are not using dry shampoo products correctly. most people have been told to apply dry shampoo to their hair once it appears oily. this is WRONG!! you should be applying dry shampoo the day after you wash and then the days following if needed. dry shampoo is meant to soak up the oils as they come out, not once they are already present.
