Just Peachy Vacation Villa is available for three nights, July 1st - 4th, and it's Carnival on St. John (one of the biggest events on Island). We're offering the Villa, all in pricing for $1700 for the holiday weekend, INCLUDING USE OF THE BRONCO! Book your flights (currently about $600 r/t from TPA, or similar for MCO), grab some friends and make it a vacation to remember!

The villa is made up of two separate units (both included here). The upper is 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and wrap-around deck. The lower is a one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living room apartment with a private entrance and private deck. This unit opens to the pool deck (private). Grab a couple of friends and each can have their own private space and split the cost.

It’s sad face crew day! We very often sit and watch the ferry come and go from High Tides, and we always notice how much happier the arrivals are than the departures. Today, I’m the departure crew (Jeff decided to stay and work). So nice to see Peachy, get some work done, and plan for work to come. We had guests this week, who were gracious enough to share the pool deck with us, but, when they left, I came to see the upper house. There’s a whole Peachy crew leaving little beach treasures found in our home! I love it! There are stories, shells, you name it. I love seeing everyone’s stories leaving a little bit about themselves in our home. Come get yourself a slice of Just Peachy 🍑 paradise. You won’t be sorry!!

Not living the island life today, but we are celebrating some new merch at the club pool in FL!! Coming soon, our guests will have custom Just Peachy beach towels (quick drying Turkish cotton) to enjoy at the beach. Check out our updated Airbnb listing! We’ve made tons of improvements, and we’ve decided that Just Peachy will rent our first two units as a single listing. Why is this awesome? Imagine traveling with friends and family, but wanting some private space. We can provide that!

The first and second stories of the home have no shared space, other than the pool deck, but are one over the other. Separate entrances, kitchen, bedrooms and outdoor spaces will help everyone have a happy holiday and enjoy the closeness of friends and family. The upper unit is large enough to entertain your whole group for dinners, cocktails, etc. give us a look!
