SATURDAY - AUGUST 10 :: all day happy hour!!! Our entire bar will be discounted - help us come drink the bar dry! We might even do some food discounts - don’t tell chef 🤫🤫

Only THREE nights left to catch these epic sunsets while sitting at the Rum Hut bar. Saturday, Aug 10, will be our last night open for season.

SIX DAYS LEFT OF THIS SEASON :: we have a TASTAAYYYYY aperol spritz in the frozen machine for a few more days before we wrap up and put a bushwhacker in to close out season.
Saturday, Aug 10 is our last day open and rumor has it we will be dropping major discounts the last 2 days open 🤫

WAIHEKE LAMB BURGER - 8oz lamb burger topped with feta, beet root, caramelized onion - bacon jam. Served on a brioche bun with ruffle parmesan fries

(Why Waiheke? Chef Nathan & FOH Manager Laura lived on waiheke island in New Zealand for a year. They ran a restaurant on a vineyard and lamb burgers are THE THING there!)

Another day, another WAPA failure. We’ll be closing the kitchen at 4pm today - Thursday, July 18. The power is set to go out at 5pm. We’ll close the bar around 6pm before it’s too dark to see what we are doing. From 4-6 feel free to bring in food and enjoy our cocktails and view!

WAPA is a mess which means we don’t get to serve you all the yummy food and drinks tonight (Tuesday 7/16). Hopefully we’ll be back tomorrow at 11am!

Excuse me, I need to stop drooling over this sandwich. “Duck Bahn Mi” — 5 spice duck confit on a baguette with chicken liver mousse, cucumber, daikon, pickled carrot, Josephine’s greens, mint, cilantro and a side of French Fries. Available 3pm till we sell out on Saturday, July 13

SHARK WEEK 🦈🦈🦈
Did you know that Coral Bay is a designated shark nursery for blacktip sharks and lemon sharks? Researchers came to the USVI from 2006-2011 to study juvenile sharks in both Coral Bay and Fish Bay and were able to designate both bays as important, juvenile shark habitat.

Nurseries like Coral Bay are incredibly important for the survival and protection efforts of these keystone species! Those same shark researchers hope to come back to continue their work. Read about their research here: https://coralbaycommunitycouncil.org/

In honor of shark week and the important role Coral Bay plays in shark populations, CBCC will be posting fun Shark Facts each day this week! Stay tuned for more information and an explanation as to why it is GOOD to see sharks in the ocean.

The full sushi menu might be done but Chef is still rolling out sushi specials. This menu is available ALL WEEK LONG from 3-5pm along with our lunch menu.

Saturday, July 6 :: today is our last “sushi happy hour” for season. Starting Monday our lunch menu will go till 5pm (don’t worry, we’ll still have the regular bar happy hour) and then switch to dinner. We’ll be offering sushi specials but the regular 2-5 menu will be on pause till next season. Thank you everyone for the sushi support!

What a beautiful show we saw last night. We hope you had a fantastic Emancipation Day (and Independence Day). Rum Hut will be closed for LUNCH ONLY today, July 5, and will open at 3pm for happy hour and sushi.

Hey .silber we have a sushi special today! Everyone is invited! The “Spider Roll” :: tempura soft shell crab, lobster cream cheese, cucumber and sprouts rolled inside topped with teriyaki sauce and red tobiko. Available from 3-5 along with our regular sushi menu. Come enjoy before carnival !

Night after night this view just never gets old

You guys - it’s this humans last night on the bar before he leaves island on Monday. Many of you know from or or many of the other places on island he’s worked over the past 8 years. But we’ve had the pleasure of having him as a coworker the past 2 seasons and we couldn’t (probably could) be more proud of this kid. He bartends at 5pm with the lovely so come by and buy him a shot. The Chris special (local bomb) $5 all night long in honor or this guy

Tuesday, June 25 - - we will be closed for a snow day! Our team has been working incredibly hard these past few weeks and it’s caught up to us. We are closing to give everyone so R&R. See you on Wednesday at 11am. Oh yeah! And Wednesday night is Chris’ last night. Come say goodbye in true island fashion

Conch fritters?! Yes please! Today only! Unfortunately we are not doing sushi today —- and we are having a snow day tomorrow to give the staff a little rest.

Saturday - June 22 - We are closing early today to host Ashley & Mitch’s wedding reception! Catch us Monday at 11am!

Tuesday - June 18 - we will be closed starting at 2 pm to host Taylor & Luke’s wedding! (We will also be closed SATURDAY NIGHT for another wedding) catch us back at it tomorrow at 11am

So lame. We are 7E. But we will be open!! Everyone pray the generator is up for this! We’ll be open as long as it’s running!
