Charlie and Mom chilling before Mom's big day tomorrow. Charlie will be staying back for the expo this time. Hes only 10 days out from his surgery. But we will have two other special guests join in on the fun. ❤🐷❤

So my Charlie piggy and Bugs piggy both had neuters today. Poor things are so miserable. I was trying to not worry, but bringing them both home alive and well (tho poor things are hurting), I shed a few years in relief. My poor piggy boys! But I know it was necessary. 💓🐷💓🐽💓

We did a thing! Thank you to my daughter for starting these cute Ts. Next: putting the hoof prints along the back! And a few more colors!

Socializing 5 wk old foster babies. Mama is friendly now too. Mama and piglets have homes but we still need homes for 6 juvies.

Part 6

The Itty Bitty is a spoiled piggy living in harmony with his Biggies. Tho this Itty Bitty wasn't the first piggy, nor was he the last, he has been the inspiration and motivation for the formation of the Itty Bitty Piggy Committee Inc. Not every Itty Bitty has a stable, safe loving environment. Sometimes an Itty Bitty only needs a caring place to stay for a little while. The Biggies of this Itty Bitty Piggy would like to help other piggies.

As an honor, Itty Bitty Charlie has been dubbed President of The Itty Bitty Piggy Committee Inc. 💓🐷💓

Recently an eviction of one woman in Upson county Georgia, led to the discovery of more than 80 pot-bellied pigs on her property that she had left behind to fend for themselves. One sanctuary, Outsiders Farm & Sanctuary, stepped up and they are trying desperately to help all of these pigs, but they need our help.

As with most hoarding and neglect cases, many of the females were already pregnant on arrival... and their funding and support has dwindled. Now, they are also dealing with horrible flooding from this massive storm on top of a growing stack of unpaid veterinary bills.

It's not "$5 Friday", and it's not for Sisu Refuge, but please consider donation $5, $10 or even $100 to this sanctuary while they take on this mammoth task of getting these pigs treated, healthy and cared for.

I know that these hoarding and cruelty cases are so common now that they have become the norm, and trust me when I say that I know donors are tired... but sanctuaries are tired as well... The caregivers and rescuers who pour every ounce of themselves into the daily care of animal are tired, and sometimes it feels very defeating when support dries up or dissipates. We must get stronger as a community and continue to support each other and massive rescue operations - because lack of support will make helping animals from cases like this in the future nearly impossible for other 'smaller' rescues. And the smaller, family run sanctuaries are usually the ones desperately trying to save the most animals and doing the most work... it's true. 🤷‍♀️

EVERYONE can share and spread the word of this great need. With the addition of piglets, this case is just at 100 lives saved and they are ALL in need of essential medical care.

Part 5

As the Itty Bitty Piggy continued to grow, he noticed he was getting bigger. He would be an onhery piggy. His herd family had to give him firm boundaries. The humans in his herd enforced firm "no"s and "off"s. They taught him "sit". The Itty Bitty Piggy learned he had to obey the Biggies. The daily teaching paid off, and the Itty Bitty learned to respect his human herd. The Itty Bitty gave lots of kisses to each of his humans, and received lots of treats and belly rubs. The Itty Bitty Piggy loved his human herd, and his human herd loved him.

💓🐷💓 Officially have a nice big 2 door "airline crate" for traveling piggies, and as a free bonus, the couple gave me a travel crate with a barrier so I can carry 2 at once. Tho I may make the wire barrier solid. 💓🐷💓

Charlie's Story
Part 4

The Itty Bitty Piggy became potty trained to the potty box well enough, so the little girl set his box in the bedroom and let him out to roam the house with his human herd family. The Itty Bitty got to frolick and play, eat and sleep with his human herd family.
When the weather was nice, the Itty Bitty Piggy would play outside in a play pen just for him. He was still so Itty Bitty, the Hawks could fly off with him, so the little girl netted the top of his play pen. He would do zoomies, run, root, and play. The little girl would bring him back inside at dark to sleep with his human herd family. The Itty Bitty liked being spoiled by the Biggie's. He especially loved to sit in front of the heater on the lap of Mama Biggy. The Itty Bitty Piggy loved his human herd family, and his human herd family loved him.
