Michael Eugene Barnett. 40 . Numerous medical illnesses and battling several personal demon's. Please understand he was homeless by choice and had a loving family.

Help needed!!

On Wednesday November 22nd the Butler County Coroners office and the Poplar Bluff Police Department worked the tragic death of a homeless man on north main street behind JDs quick stop. As of this morning he is still a John Doe.

John Doe is a White Male, with blonde hair and beard appearing to be in his late 30s. He was found in an abandon house, where he fell through 2 stories of rotten floor and became lodged.

He has a bulldog tattoo on his right arm and was wearing a cross necklace. Photos of both are in the comments.

1. He did not have any identification or phone.
2. Finger print identification was unsuccessful
3. A local search of arrest records for a matching tattoo was unsuccessful.
4. A neighborhood canvas was conducted of the businesses and he was recognized but not known.
4.Contact with the Mission and Probation and Parole was unsuccessful.
