Congrats to Kenny who clinched the July Plank Challenge win with a time of 4:26 and 60lbs on his back!! This time around, StrikeFit-ers held the first 90 seconds bodyweight and then we added 10lbs every 30 seconds until failure 😬 If only we could all look so happy after that ☠️💪
