Hiring Radio Installer
Skills Preferred:
Salary: $22-$26 per hour
Full time/40 Hours
Mobile communications equipment installation, such as Mobile two-way radios, sirens, and Mobile digital computers. Installation and removal of electronic communications equipment including emergency lighting equipment. Terminate coax cable with rf connector. Must demonstrate skill with hand and power tools, such as drill and soldering iron and digital multimeter.
Experience Preferred:
At least two years of experience in the installation and removal of electronic communications equipment must have experience installing and removing radio communications equipment.

We are hiring an IT Recruiter to bring the FIRE to this "production" base salary/commission-driven role. Every day is different, for our clients rely on us to support challenging Requirements that they can’t fill and/or don’t have the manpower to support. We are in a highly competitive space requiring us to act quickly and have clear, concise, communication with both Clients and Candidates. Our work requires you to be both proactive, reactive, and creative.
Responsibilities
• Source and screen top talent using the SuperbTech database, recruiting tools, and referrals to attract the very best IT candidates
• The input of Candidates/Clients information into Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Vet Candidates using various platforms like Skype, Teams, Zoom, ad Google Meets
• Create relationships with candidates through phone and video interviews
• Conduct Candidate prep calls for interviews to highlight client Job Descriptions and requirements (70% Phone work)
• Verbal Communicate with Clients to status, check-in, and move candidates along to the interview phase
• Ex*****on of References to ensure we are producing the best, brightest, and most talented Candidates for our Client
• Create a candidate pipeline to prepare for future client opportunities
• Communication with Candidates vetting, negotiating, and presenting job opportunities
• Written Communication to Clients and Candidates
• Cold Calling to locate new Clients
• Attend Company/Client related Events as needed
What we value
• 3+ years of Engineering, Professional, or Information Technology Recruitment experience
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Business, and/or related field
• A plus would be Solid technical background is needed to understand as well as explain requirements for IT-related jobs
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and knowledge of web-based recruitment strategies
• Go-Getter mentality and the ability to think on your feet and problem solve
• Incredible follow-up skills with both candidates and client hiring managers

Staffing Recruiting Manager
SuperbTech, Inc. is a 24-year-old Entrepreneurial Staffing Company. We are seeking to add a key Team Member to our company. This resilient individual must love Team Building, Recruiting, Customer Service, Operations, and Sales. You must thrive in the daily ebb and flow of a Staffing Company. This is a working “Management Position” requiring you to Manage and contribute to Recruitment.
Great Leadership skills consisting of coaching, training, mentoring, developing, strategizing, and innovative thinking are required to keep our Team engaged, upbeat, motivated, driven, and successful. Knowledge in Engineering, IT, or Professional Recruitment is highly desired. You will set the day-to-day rhythm of assignments, provide strategy and resources for challenging jobs, employee evaluations, track metrics, manage recruitment tools, postings of ads, and a host of other operational responsibilities.

Experience Required
5 years as a Recruiting Manager, Branch Manager, Staffing Manager or Lead Recruiter
Engineering, IT, or Professional Staffing background desired or will consider Inhouse experience
Superb communication to include written and verbal
Client interface/negotiation skills
Strong "brag sheet" comprised of references, track records, and reports
Best Practices Training (SmartSearch, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Zip Recruiter, Vendor Management Tools)
Management of Recruiters
Setting weekly/monthly Recruiting Metrics and holding Recruiters accountable for performance
Systems Administrator, quality control and management of SmartSearch ATS Manage Job Postings on SmartSearch,
Weekly commission reports, Recruiter Year to Date, and Leader Board Reports. Monthly Recruiter Activity, Final Disposition, Source Summary Reports
Monthly One-On-One meetings with Recruiters
Management and postings of Recruitment Tools
Strong Excel user
RFP experience

Base salary plus a percentage of profit
