Our Caramelized Chickpeas is a vegetarian favorite.

The chickpeas are caramelized in olive oil with chiles, espelette, garlic, raw sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. After, we add stewed cherry tomatoes from Valdivia Farms and organic poached eggs with a generous topping of Barbara’s greens along with a disc of crispy gruyere cheese.
