**Due to liability reasons, we are NOT able to allow children under the age of 16 in the center ring (gazebo) area. There are many other positions that allow for children to be present.**

Good Morning! It’s horse show day!
Please remember to keep yourselves and your horses hydrated!
8:45am-registration window opens for session 1 check in.
11am- clubhouse opens & registration for session 2 opens.
Bathrooms can be accessed by the outside doors.
In attempts to keep the show moving quicker and smoother we are trying a new position today.
-Paddock Master: there will be someone standing by the pattern board checking riders in, confirming back numbers and lining riders up. PLEASE be kind and listen to what they tell you.
- We will also be adhering to our 2 min gate call timer when your class is called and a 5 min tack change timer.

Session 1- Jumping courses for the show tomorrow.
We are in need of the following for the show THIS Saturday! IF you can’t do a job all day- that’s fine! Tell us when you CAN!
-Ring Master- Your in charge of directing riders to line up spots in the arena, and being an extra set of eyes to keep everyone safe.
-Center ring help- sitting under gazebo writing down placings, helping keep the announcer organized.
-Arena gate- a few spots remain! Your just opening and closing the gate!
AND BIG ONE- Concessions!
You will be in the AC! No cooking required.
Ask all your barn friends! Family! Neighbors! Come support your local saddle club! If you have your hours ask your fellow show parents why they don’t have theirs!!
We hope to see everyone at our August show THIS Saturday!!
Take time starting today- to Saturday to hydrate yourselves and your horses! It is going to be a hot day.
We have water spigots available for horse watering or hosing if needed, our clubhouse has A/C (humans only), you can plug into our arena if your horse needs a fan, and you may set up a canopy- as long as you follow the rules!
Don’t wait to get those volunteer hours in! The club NEEDS your help and cooperation to make the shows run smoothly! Midway is run 98% on volunteers!
