Today, Lincoln students were treated to an amazing BMX Assembly, compliments of Lincoln PTA! They got to see cool tricks on bikes and scooters, all while learning about important character traits such as teamwork, respect, and never giving up.
Ask your kid(s) what they liked best about the assembly!
Here’s a good news update about our Book Fair fundraiser we had in December!
Students were so excited to visit the book fair with their classrooms and families, and bought a lot of books to read. Because of this, we were able to provide each teacher $100 to spend on replenishing or starting their classroom libraries! Also, we were able to give our library $3000 in Scholastic credits to replace old books, add books including popular titles, and introduce new books to our kids! Our librarian, Mrs. Routh, was happy to share these photos of the exciting book shipments.
Lincoln PTA is happy to see the results of all the hard work of its volunteers at the book fair and thank them again for all of their time and efforts! We also encourage kids to keep reading, even during spring break! Enjoy the week off!
Our Spring Picnic has been RESCHEDULED to this Friday, April 12!
Come on out for Food, Fun, Family, and Friends!
Bring your own dinner or stop by one of the food trucks!
Don't forget to bring your picnic blankets and chairs!
See you there!
A very large but likable leprechaun visited Lincoln today, and left 7000 gold coins for students to find! It was campus-wide chaos! Ask your little ones how many gold pieces they found!
