Assistant Kitchen Sous-Chef

We are looking for a passionate, talented, motivated individual with previous kitchen experience to help us grow at The Kitchen on Front Street inside the Cashmere Cricket! This person must be willing to learn our business and work and excel with the team and want the absolute best experience for the guests.

Responsibilities to include:
Day-to-Day Food Operations
Daily Prep
Organization
Cleanliness
Up to speed on current sanitary practices observed by the state of ohio
Keen communication skills with an attention to detail
This opportunity is very open to creativity and an independent workplace working under our executive chef
Must have open availability, as our current hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 4-10 PM

Compensation is very competitive and based on experience
