Morning run complete. With the weather projected to be triple digits, a treadmill session was in order. I’ll fry later this week. 😓
Today’s “rest” day was 1.25 miles on the treadmill at 7%. Roughly 460ft of vertical 😆 Everest, here I come! Oh yea, carried a 30 # plate for funsies.
I’ve missed starting the weekend with a sunrise. God has done it again! It will never get old.
For lunch we had 4 miles over easy. For dinner, we will be having barbells and kettlebells. 💪🏻

Working on some strength building. My kids are growing, so I gotta keep the pressure on!
Did a little sweat sesh on the bike. The plan is to add a vo2 max workout and a recovery workout each week This will supplement the increased running volume. Let the games begin!
