Our weekly Friday meetings are a dedicated time for members of our tech support staff to share insights, give updates on projects, and group problem solving.

This morning, Doug, our lead tech, quizzed the rest of the team on their IT knowledge by asking them what they know about routers, access points, VWAN, etc. It's exercises like these that help to keep our staff sharp and ready to handle any incoming support tickets or issues.

Meet Stephani McCue!

Originally from Spring, Texas, Stephani is a Help Desk for Multis Cloud and an IT specialist for our sister company, DDS Tech Pro. She is a passionate problem solver that finds satisfaction in helping our clients each day.

She shared, "I like helping people, the amount of pride I have when someone really needs that "thing" fixed right now so they can continue on with their day and I was able to get it fixed quickly for them, it's amazing. I'm a people pleaser."

On her free time, she enjoys Magic the Gathering, watching her favorite YouTube channels JackSepticeye and Markiplier, or playing a handful of games on the switch or PS5.

Her greatest accomplishment is being a mother of 4 boys.
