A little late, but never too late to post about this new home under contract. Being a part of first time homebuyers first 🙌purchase in real estate, has been one of my most favorite moments of real estate. This month marks 3️⃣years since I officially became a licensed realtor in Houston. Over these past few years, I’ve had the privilege of representing families in selling their family homes and purchasing brand new ones. Ive helped first time home buyers be able to get keys to their first homes. I’ve witnessed tears of joy at the closing table and the excitement of having our offer accepted in multiple-offer situations. 🥂
It’s been an interesting journey filled with a lot of learning.

Backkk with another builder update on my clients home in Richmond, Texas. We signed the original sales contract in February and now it is barely June and they are more than halfway along. We are so excited!!

This process will be pretty cool as they are working on making sure all the walls are stabilized and sealed correctly before they taped and floated. Plumbing and electrical is going in as well as HVAC. From this point, the ball starts moving really fast 💨 . And the next stages will become cosmetic and all the beautiful finishes that my client has chosen out in their Pulte design center! ✨if you have any questions on what it’s like to build a new home contact me I would love to help. 🏡

Only a few short weeks after I last updated, she had the outline of her new home complete. This is where they lay ground work for the homes structure and the areas for support. It starts here first. They are preparing for the slab pour and carving out the areas where plumbing will later be installed.
My client shot me some pretty cool pictures of her visit to her home site. The process has been pretty smooth so far. During this time you will also be keeping up with the home Project manager and they will inform you on each next steps. You are able to visit as often as you like, they do take safety serious so hard hats are recommended! 🧱🚜👷🏻‍♀️

Pretty excited for my clients, they just closed on this property and decided to lease it out first. There are some beautiful homes in this area that are listed, but ours apparently stood out 🤩, very pleased to have the opportunity to see a family start an investment opportunity and to watch another family move to Tx!
