Here is a health-related truth from the Bible …

Hello this is Erven. Now that I’ve got some down time, allow me to be a source of inspiration and helpful advice during these irrational and troubling times.

Most people know I'm not a doctor or medical professional who knows how viruses work, but my experiences as a counselor and pastor has taught me that hope and a positive spiritual attitude can affect our health, stress level and our decisions.
Listen, avoid being overcome with FEAR of this virus and negative reports!

💥🥳🤩Laughter, smiling, dancing and cheerful thoughts are some of the things you can do to support your health. To bring a bit of merriment here in Sabaneta, Colombia entertainers regularly help those of us confined to Stay-At-Home with singing and dancing in the street! 🕺💃🎼

In Addition, God’s plan for health has always centered around what we put into our bodies (FOOD) and what we deposit in our spirit (FAITH)! Another thing that I personally do to support my Immune System and my body’s ability to fight off diseases is take unique ALL-NATURAL SUPPLEMENTS!

By all means, – be safe – stay smart – stay prepared – take charge and –most of all MAKE MERRY!

“I have told you all this so that you will have peace of heart and mind. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows; but cheer up (be confident & courageous), for I have overcome the world.” (Jn 16:33)(NLT)(Emphasis Added)



Things are tough in the mist of this health and economic crisis! But YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS. We can't control the events in our lives, but we can control how we respond! God provides the courage and the confidence that produces PEACE for you instead of fear!

Some key ways you can response in peace to this crisis is:

· Practice good hygiene... wash our hands a lot, keep our distance.

· Be concerned and protect and help the vulnerableand elderly

· Stay positive and exercise our Faith and Trust in God!

· Pay attention to our health! Support and supplement our immune system.

THINGS SEEMS TO BE FALLING APART FOR YOU,

BUT THEY ARE FALLING IN PLACE FOR GOD!



It is certain that we will return to living our lives with the reality of this new virus. Viruses are a part of God’s creation and they are not going away! But our bodies will adapt, and vaccines will be discovered. God designed the human body to protect itself with a healthy Immune System! A healthy Immune System improves our chances to fight this virus!

I will be sharing about life with FAITH that overcomes FEAR. Let’s not ignore the seriousness of this pandemic but, embrace the facts and do our part to create the best outcome. It’s uncertainty and confusion that leads to fear. But let’s refuse to be overcome by fear because of our Faith in THE ONE who is completely DEPENDABLE!

GREAT FEAR IS OVERCOME BY GREAT FAITH!

Here’s the takeaway! Be CONFIDENT that Jesus has already overcome this crisis in the world! Be COURAGEOUS enough to do your part in maintaining your health and the health of others!
