Playing around with making dried flower Christmas ornaments…… plan to make some to sell next year ….. love the white ones ( milkweed) .

It’s starting to look like Christmas but if you missed your chance on a Halloween pumpkin posy I will be continuing to make them for thanksgiving as long as they keep selling and they are holding up well on my stand with the tent over it…..these are out there today!

Roadside stand is restocked ….. open dawn to dusk….. honor system….posy pumpkins are priced per sign on cart and are well protected from the weather….. they do not like to get wet. These make a unique fall centerpiece and would be a great hostess gift for thanksgiving . I will try to keep them stocked thru the fall holidays.

Rainy day so I am making more posy pumpkins and will have the stand restocked tomm ….. I am amazed how vibrant the dried flowers are and these won’t die…… the pumpkins should last through thanksgiving as they are not carved……

I am spending this rainy day making more posy pumpkins so the roadside stand will be stocked for the weekend with all sizes!

Thanks everyone for coming out to buy a pumpkin posy ….. I am glad they have been popular as I love making them and it’s a good use for the flowers I harvested and dried this summer……. I believe these will easily last thru thanksgiving and probably longer as they are uncarved and flowers will last indefinitely as they are dried. Thanks to everyone who came out and bought posy pumpkins this weekend……. I restocked with some new ones I just made and am working on more today ! So fun I just love them as a fall centerpiece ….. would be great for a thanksgiving hostess gift as well! Keep them dry and out of direct sunlight for best results……. Should last several weeks as the pumpkin is not carved.

Posy pumpkins!!

I will be restocking the roadside stand with more posy pumpkins in the am . I will try to keep them stocked thru October .

My pumpkin posy cart is now open! I have various sizes on the cart with prices ranging from $10-$30 for the largest pumpkins……. There are “dots” on the pumpkins that correspond with the price. These pumpkins are uncarved and should last several weeks and sometimes months…… when the pumpkin dies the flowers on top are glued into a base of Spanish moss that can be removed and saved ( I go around and under this with a butter knife to free it) . Keep them dry and out of direct sunlight for longest life. I will be at Fields Farm and Garden tonight for the Full Moon Market …… lots of gorgeous pumpkins decorated with everlasting dried flowers . Perfect for fall display and will last at least a few months.

Taking some time today to hang more flowers to dry …..

I am busy making pumpkin posies for the full moon market at Fields Farm and Garden this Friday the 29th from 7-10 pm. All pumpkins are uncarved, grown locally and decorated with dried flowers so they should last a few months . Lots of vendors, music, food and a great atmosphere. Hope to see you there!

SOLD…..Sold blue pumpkin in previous post ….. I have this one ready now for $35 and I’m continuing to make the mini and pie size which I will have at the “full moon market” Sept 29 Fields Farm and Garden and on my roadside stand October 1st.

Roadside stand will be open with flowers (as long as I still have them)…… just restocked this am… I will transition to my floral posy pumpkins ( real pumpkins uncarved decorated with dried flowers) October 1st……sizes and prices will vary…… minis $10, pie size $15 etc ….. I do have a few large Cinderella dusky blue pumpkins that I will sell as I decorate them as they are too large to cart back and forth to the stand ….. this is the first one I decorated and this size is $35….all of the pumpkins should last through November . Thanks…… …..message me to buy blue one pictured it’s ready now.

I wi be at Les Cheneaux Farmers & Artisans Market tommorow from 10-2 with flowers and pumpkin posy centerpieces….( these should last several months ) made with dried flowers and pumpkin is uncarved and from local farms. Roadside stand is also freshly stocked !

I will be at Brimley Bay Mills Farmer's Market today from 4-7 with flowers and a few of my pumpkin posies……. (Uncarved pumpkins decorated with dried flowers ) should last a few months . This will be my last market in Brimley for the season. Fall is coming and I have lots to do before the snow comes. I will continue to keep my roadside stand stocked and will have a good selection of pumpkin posy centerpieces at Fields Farm and Garden on Sept 29th for their next full moon market 7pm till 10 pm and will stock the stand with pumpkins starting October 1st.

I will be at Les Cheneaux Farmers & Artisans Market tomorrow with flowers and some decorated pumpkins……10-2………. I will be making more pumpkins and start working on the orders people have messaged about this week …..

Just restocked the roadside stand …… the flowers are starting to look more like fall bouquets…… love the purple Lisianthus with sunflowers …..and the maroon dahlias with pink Lisianthus….

I have had people asking the size of the pumpkins , hope these pics help , this is approximate as they will all vary some……. I will have the orange and white in both mini and pie size….. I plan to offer them on my roadside stand and probably at farmers markets and through special order through messaging me on Facebook or calling …906-630-2384 ……. I will start making them as soon as I get some more pumpkins and hope to offer them through October ….. these are not carved and the flowers are dried so these should last a few months.

What am I doing on this crazy hot day……. Decorating pumpkins….. I plan to offer these this fall. The pumpkins should last a few months uncarved and decorated with flowers I have dried throughout the summer. I plan on doing the small ones for $10 and the larger (pie size) for $15 I think these would make a cute fall centerpiece. I left a pen in the one picture for size reference.
