With over a decade under its belt, The Conjuring 4 will bring the mainline horror franchise to a close, and the release date has now been revealed for the fourquel. Though plot details remain unknown, the final installment in the franchise will see the returns of Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson and Lorraine and Ed Warren, the iconic paranormal investigators who have served as the primary thread for the majority of the interconnected universe. The Conjuring 4 will also see Michael Chaves, who helmed the previous movie and The Nun II, return to the director's chair on a script from fellow franchise vet David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick.

Variety has brought word that Warner Bros. has set The Conjuring 4 to hit theaters on September 5, 2025. The news also came as the studio also announced that Maggie Gyllenhaal's Frankenstein adaptation The Bride will be moving up by one week, now releasing at the end of September 2025 rather than the first week of October. At the time of writing, no production start date has been announced for the final Conjuring movie.

A new image has been revealed from Avatar: The Last Airbender. The upcoming Netflix show is a live-action rendering of the classic Nickelodeon animated show of the same name. Set in a world where gifted people can manipulate or “bend” one of the four elements, it follows a young Airbender named Aang (Gordon Cormier) who is the Avatar, a reincarnated being with the power to unite the elements. He embarks on a perilous adventure with siblings Katara (Kiawentiio) and Sokka (Ian Ousley) to master the elements and stop the Fire Nation from conquering the world.
Although Sokka’s face is turned away from the camera, this new image is one of the closest looks yet at the core trio since the Avatar: The Last Airbender trailer was released in November. Although there are a variety of important characters that will either join or oppose them on their quest, including the disgraced Prince Zuko (Dallas Liu) and his sister Princess Azula (Elizabeth Yu), Aang, Katara, and Sokka are perhaps the most important overall. Their adventures will challenge and eventually strengthen their bond, so the actors bringing them to life are key to the show.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage is a 2021 American superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Venom, produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel. Serkis was hired as director that August, partly due to his experience working with CGI and motion-capture technology which was an important part of portraying Venom and Carnage in the film. Filming took place at Leavesden Studios in England from November 2019 to February 2020, with additional filming in San Francisco in February. The title was announced in April 2020. The film was primarily inspired by the comic book story arc "Maximum Carnage" (1993) and the 1994 Spider-Man animated series story arc The Venom Saga (1996).

Venom: Let There Be Carnage premiered in London on September 14, 2021, and was theatrically released in the United States on October 1, 2021. It was delayed from an initial October 2020 date due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The film has grossed over $397 million worldwide, making it the eighth highest-grossing film of 2021, and received mixed reviews from critics, although it was generally considered an improvement over its predecessor.

Robin Hood is a legendary heroic outlaw originally depicted in English folklore and subsequently featured in literature, theatre, and cinema. According to legend, he was a highly skilled archer and swordsman. The sequel failed to come anywhere near the success of its predecessor, indicating that perhaps the Gremlins mania that had so tightly gripped the 80’s was officially over. However, fans have always maintained that a third Gremlins needed to be made and a third entry has been teased for quite some time.
