Avant Trials is a SMO with a network of independent clinical sites across USA. Avant is not a study brokerage company and neither are we a full services SMO.

We position ourselves as a functional service provider specializing in study startup activities. At Avant We do not charge any fees from our network sites or sponsors / CROs instead if a site is selected for a study we negotiate a study budget with the site which covers all costs incurred at the site.
