EVENT NO. 3 IS ALL ABOUT THAT WORK CAPACITY BABY

3 rounds of a 3:00 AMRAP that starts with 15 syncro thrusters where one man and one woman has a Fran weight barbell (75/55 for scaled) and the other man has a 45lbs db AND kb, and the other woman has a 35lbs db AND kb!!!!

After the thrusters its max cals on the bike + rower!!

EVENT NUMBER 2!!!!!

Each lift will be scored as its OWN EVENT worth 1/4 of the points of the other events!!!!
