exhale completely. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs fully. Slowly exhale through your mouth, emptying your lungs. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four seconds. Hold your breath. Once you've inhaled fully, hold your breath for a count of four seconds. Exhale slowly. Repeat the cycle.
