good afternoon. i hope yall are having a better day than me. this was my first time replacing a heater core and i’m pretty sure i invented a new curse word at some point

i don’t have time to think of/source funny content today so here’s my tortilla recipe since i’n making some right now

3 cups flour
2 tsp salt
1 stick butter (softened at room temp)
~1 1/3 cup hot water (as hot as faucet will go)

add salt to the flour, then add the butter and crumble into the flour until consistent. slowly fold in the water until you have a dough that clings to your fingers but doesn’t stick too much when you pull away. let sit for 1 hour. roll into balls, somewhere between the size of a golf ball and a tennis ball. let sit for another 30 mins. roll on a floured surface and they are ready for the comal. i usually end up with around 18 tortillas, but you can have more if you make them smaller. these are for fajita so i want them decently big
