In trials, 43% of patients saw itch relief in 16 weeks, and 38% had clearer skin—some within 4 weeks. A promising new option for many! 💉

When was the last time you made someone feel truly seen?

Surprised the babies today with a taste of Guyana—freshly baked Pine Tarts 🍍✨. Sharing this little slice of my childhood with them brought so much joy to our kitchen. To save time, I used frozen pie dough for the crust, and it turned out very flaky. I personally like making my own dough which holds the shape better.

Want to try this yourself? Here’s a quick and easy recipe:

𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Combine fresh pineapple, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a touch of vanilla. Cook until thickened.
𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆: For a homemade touch, mix flour, butter, and a pinch of salt. Roll out and cut into circles. Or, for a quicker option, use frozen pie dough.
Assemble: Spoon the filling onto the dough, fold, and seal into tarts.
𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲: Preheat your oven to 350°F, place tarts on a baking sheet, and bake until golden brown.
