Good morning providers for Behavioral Health . Sending some claim submission clarification. When our team processes your billing it is submitted to the clearinghouse to Optum and their claim dept process the claim electronically . If something is not recognized claims will deny. When our team checks on payments and denials we can tell the Customer Service reps to reprocess the claim if we feel the claim deny incorrectly. Ww are not the individuals paying or processing claims that is done by Optum. If you have any further questions you may call the Call center 1-800-671-8173 Option 0 Monday tgrough Friday 9am to 6pm.

Claim submission has up to av 14 business day window for adjudication in the incedo system.

If claims are still in process allow that time. We will contact Optum if it is pass the time alloted
