Our office recommends drinking AT LEAST half your weight in ounces of water per day. Plain water.
Also, tea, sodas, coffee, juices, and alcoholic drinks are NOT water. Those are actually dehydrating drinks and for each ounce of those you drink, add that number to your minimum!
