The difference between water bath and no water bath.

The filling portion of these were made in the same mixer, at the same time. So this is not an issue with over mixing, and and air pockets. This is the difference a water bath while baking makes.

A water bath helps prevent the cheesecake from cracking, and doing a little Bobby soufflé action!

Don’t worry these were gifts, and not paid for products. Friends and family get what they get.🤣 Because even with cracks it still taste’s freaking delicious!

Hey ya’ll! I decided to change my business name from Honeysuckle Sweets n’ Treats!

I’ll be moving to Ga the end of this month. There is already a Honeysuckle Sweets LLC there, so i wanted something that wasn’t too similar when i apply for my LLC.

This week will most likely be my last week doing a big cookie drop, as I need to get started on packing. We close on our house here Dec 1.
