The Bible asks us to acknowledge God in all our ways so that He will direct our paths. One way to do that is by starting your new month with prayers.

You can do that by sharing and inviting your friends and family so they can enjoy the prayers as well.

Start by pouring out your heart to God this morning and commit the rest days of 2023 unto His hand. He is able to do, exceedingly, abundantly, and more than we can ever ask. Do you believe that?
Whatever situation you, your family, or your country is going through at the moment, tell God. Tell Him what you need.

Say this prayer

Accept Jesus As Your Personal Lord And Savior With This Simple Prayer: “Lord Jesus, I come before You today with a broken and contrite heart full of repentance. Please, forgive me all my sins. Today, I surrender my life to You, I believe that Jesus is Lord and I confess it with my mouth. Jesus, come into my life and save my soul from eternal destruction in hellfire in Jesus’ name, I pray.”

As you have received Christ Jesus as your Lord, you will continue to live your life in Him this month of December and beyond.

We welcome you to the last month of the year. Start the month with gratitude to God for all the past 11 months.

Welcome to the 12th month of the year. It is my prayer that December brings you all the blessings January to December didn’t. May the Lord crown the year with goodness for you and your family AMEN 🙏

Inspiration

As Christians, we have been called to touch the lives of everyone around us. Think of salt. What does it do? It adds flavor and value to the food in which it's placed. We have been placed in this world to make an impact for God, not to be ineffective like salt that loses its tastiness. Make sure that in every situation you are placed, you are adding value that will glorify God's name.

Prayer

Dear God, I ask that you help me be a person who adds value in any situation that I am found in. May I never strive to be ineffective. May my actions always point to you, Lord. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

You bless us as we rest
Restore us as we sleep
You care for us as we drift off

You are the safest place

Dear God, As I prepare to sleep tonight, I ask for your loving protection. Watch over me and my loved ones, keeping us safe from harm and danger. Surround us with your angels, Lord, and let your peace fill our hearts. Shield us from any fear or worry that may try to disturb our rest.

Thank you for your constant care and love. I trust in your protection, and I place my faith in you. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen

Lord, I long for those moments early in my faith when I felt your closeness, your joy, your energy and zest for life. I confess that the daily grind has ground down my passion for you. I confess that I allow the cares of the world to choke out the joy of the gospel. Lord, turn my heart toward you again. Fix my eyes on you, fix my heart on you. Help me have a reset in my faith and in my life, starting today. Renew my heart, renew my life for you and your ways. Help me see the daily routines of life as moments to gracefully submit to your will. Thank you for being the Lord of my life everyday. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Inspiration

Christ was already equal with God, possessing all of the same Divine attributes possessed by God the Father. It would be no "robbery, " therefore, if He came into the world and demanded all men immediately serve Him and worship Him as God. But in fact He came more "quietly" into this world. He made Himself of no reputation and became as it were a servant (verse 7). He left us an example of humility that we ought to emulate.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, you didn't come into the world to be served but to serve and to give your life a ransom for many. Help us to learn true humility from your example left to us in Scripture. You always submitted to the Father, even to the point of enduring the pain and agony of the cross. Help us to endure all things with joy that God has made our lot to bear, knowing that it will turn to our benefit in the end. Amen.

Prayer

Bless us with rest tonight, Jesus, and a good night’s sleep. Forgive us for the things we did today that did not honor you. Thank you for loving us so much and that you know us through and through. We need your help every day, and we thank you for the strength you give and for helping us know that with you, even hard things are possible. Bless our family and our home, and keep us safe through the night. May your angels guard us and watch over us, just like you promised.
You've told us we are just like sheep. And that you lead us and guard us like a shepherd. You know our names, and you make us feel special and loved. When we hurt, you help us feel better. Thank you, Jesus, for your good care and for giving us [mom/dad/parents/foster parents/pastors] to help. Thank you for the Bible, and for teaching us stuff in life that helps us grow. Bless the people in our world, and help them to know you love them, too. Thank you for all the people who help us so much: teachers, doctors, policemen, and firemen—and so many more.
Thank you for your good plan for our lives. Help us to obey you and love you more and more. When we awake in the morning, put a smile on our face and your purpose in our hearts, ready to start a new day. We love you, Jesus. Good night. In Jesus's precious name, Amen.

Inspiration

Sin separates us from God, and we are to reject it entirely! We must separate ourselves from worldly activities that can cause us to step away from the path of righteousness. We must also separate ourselves from people and lifestyles that lead us into temptation. We will keep our focus on Jesus, walking close to Him so that we are not pulled away into a life of sin. We will turn to scripture and seek guidance from the Holy Spirit when confronted with temptation.

Dear God, thank you for Your word and guidance when faced with sin. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Inspiration

It is easy to judge the Israelites for their idol worship and their poor decisions, but we often act the same way. God brought the Israelites out of slavery and bo***ge, yet they complained because they did not get the food they wanted. Has there been a time when you complained because you did not get what you wanted? Before you think you would not act like the Israelites, consider what you worship. We should have no other gods in our life. It does not have to be a god-like monument – anything that takes our attention from our savior can be an idol.

Dear God, forgive me for the times I have failed to see all the ways you have rescued me. Forgive my grumbling when things did not go my way. When I begin to have a negative attitude, may I be reminded of the Israelites and their journey out of Egypt. Allow me to learn from their story. When I exalt anyone or anything above you, make it known to me so that I may repent and turn away from this idol worship. Thank you for your mercy and your grace. In Jesus' name, amen.

Dear God, at the start of each day, help us to recognize you above all else. Enlighten the eyes of our heart that we might see you, and notice how you're at work through our lives. Give us wisdom to make the best choices, fill us with a desire to seek after you more than anything else in this world. Let your Spirit and power breathe in us, through us, again, fresh and new. Thank you that you are greater than anything we may face in our day. Thank you that your presence goes with us, and that your joy is never dependent on our circumstances, but it is our true and lasting strength, no matter what we're up against. We ask that your peace lead us, that it would guard our hearts and minds in you. We ask for your grace to cover our lives this day. We love you Lord...we need you. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Dear God, we thank You tonight for the good day and for the special way You take care of us all the time. Thank You for the fun times outside and the quiet times inside, and for helping us learn new things every day.
Thank You for creating us special, exactly the way You wanted. Thank You for protecting us throughout the day. Forgive us for the wrong things we do. Thank You for loving us even when we disobey or try to do things our way. Help us to always choose Your way, God, because it’s always best. We pray for all the people who don’t know You, and that they will come to understand Your love for them, too.
Bless our family and thank You for good times together and apart. Bless our friends and those we love, including our grandparents, our aunts and uncles and cousins. Thank You for our home and a place to sleep and good food to eat. Help us rest well, give us peaceful dreams, and send Your angels around our home to protect us throughout the night. Teach us to trust You and to love You more and more. You are good; You are great; and You are faithful, God. And we love You. Good night. In Jesus’s precious name, Amen.

Inspiration

Our prayer life is so important! We bare our hearts openly and honestly when we converse with God through prayer. It is the most lucrative manner in which we strengthen our faith and our relationship with each other. Through prayer, God reveals His wisdom and guides us to see opportunities to grow. He gives us direction to live our lives according to His will. We must make our prayer life a priority each day!

Inspiration

Among many characteristics, our God is good-natured, kindhearted, and courteous. God does not barge into our lives, forcing us to love Him; He allows us to make that decision on our own. When we decide to accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior by inviting Him into our hearts, The Holy Spirit fills us. We only need to knock, and the door will open. We are blessed to have the mercy of the Lord.

Dear God, we invite You into our hearts and are eager to pursue a strong relationship with You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

God of creation, I thank you for the night, thank you for the stars alight.
Your blessings are many, and your mercy is great.
Give us good rest as upon you we wait.
May the God of pure love fill your mind with thoughts of his precious mercy and peace as you drift away into restful sleep, my dear one. AMEN.

Inspiration

Reading scripture and expanding our Christian education is crucial! We must become filled with the truth in order to prevent being fooled or mislead by false prophets. It’s easy for false prophets to bend the Word to fit their own agenda. We do not want to be directed toward the wrong path so we must make studying God’s Word our top priority.

Prayer

Heavenly Father we thank you for this wonderful morning. We thank you for your great hands upon our life. We thank you for your protection and provision. To you alone receive all the glory. Father lord we come to You with the desire to immerse ourselves in Your Word so that we may not be led astray by false prophets. Guild us. See us through in all our needs. In Jesus name Amen.

Father, I can barely lift my eyes to you. It's all I can do to cry out for help. Please extend your grace to me this day. Help me to see that you are in this and that you are with me. Help me to remember that you are not surprised or taken off guard by the events of this day. Forgive me for my fears about this day. Forgive me for how I have complained and muttered about how hard this day has been. Forgive me for forgetting that you are with me. Forgive me for forgetting who I am because of what your Son, Jesus Christ, has done. Forgive me for failing to remember the glorious truths and riches I have because of the gospel. Father, hear my prayer. Grant me gospel hope in the midst of this hard day. Help me to cling to your grace, your wisdom, and your strength. AMEN.

Inspiration

When you are young, it is wise to remember God and live for Him. Do not wait until you are old to come to God. He can bring You more joy than any earthly thing. His rewards are greater than any prize on earth. Come to God and serve Him now. He deserves your praise when you are young and when you are old.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I will live for You now when I am young. I won't wait until I am older. I want to serve You now and later. I want my every day to be spent serving You and being in Your will. I want to experience Your presence. I want to pray on my knees before and after I need a cushion to do so. You are great and I praise You. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Good morning, Lord! Today’s a new day, a chance for a new start. Yesterday is gone, and with it any regrets, mistakes, or failures I may have experienced. It’s a good day to be glad and give thanks, and I do, Lord. Thank you for today, a new opportunity to love, give, and be all that you want me to be. Amen.

My wish for you is that God demonstrates his kindness to you throughout the whole day.

Inspiration

So you love the Lord. What do you do about that? Isaiah was cleansed of His sin. The first thing he did was to say, "Send me. " Are you willing to be sent by the Lord? Will you go for the Lord? Now, this may or may not mean traveling to another place. But essentially it means to do the will of the Lord and what He is calling You to do. The Lord has something for you. Follow His lead. If you don't feel He is leading you, then prepare yourself to be sent, pray that He will send you, and wait for Him.

Lord, I want to do Your will. You have saved me and I am so grateful for that. You are too good to me. Send me. I want to do your work. I want to do whatever You have for me. If You ask me to be a janitor, I will. If You ask me to share the good news of Jesus with a friend or stranger, I will speak. If You ask me to give up my possessions, I will. If You send me somewhere I don't want to go, I will obey. Whatever it is, send me. In Jesus' holy name amen.

Inspiration

Is anyone able to say all the things the Lord has done? Is anyone able to praise Him as much as He is worthy of being praised? No. But all of creation will sing His praise. Even every man will eventually bow in front of Him. We get to praise Him. Praise the Lord because He is worthy of your praise. Praise Him because He deserves all our praise.

Prayer

Lord, You deserve more praise than I can give You. I cannot even recount all of the great things You have done. You are great. You created all knowledge. You created the rules of the universe, logic, order, and science. You created math and language. You made our senses so that we can hear, taste, feel, see, and smell Your creation. Thank You, God, for Your creativity and Your greatness. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear Lord, as we rise to meet each new day, please let us be filled with Your spirit. Wherever we go, let us spread love, joy, peace, goodness, and faithfulness. Let us desire to become more like you and to worship you in all we do. Help us desire these things so much more than the sin that entices us. Thank you for always going before us. Inspiration

God is the source of peace. You could be the most stressed out person in the planet, but God can give you incomprehensible peace. Give your worries to the Lord. He raised Jesus from the dead; He can certainly give you great peace. Have faith in the Lord and seek Him, He will give you rest. God will do a great work within you, seek Him.

Prayer

Lord, God of Heaven and Earth, You are the God of peace. Be my refuge from my troubles. Be my shelter in the storm. Be my rock surrounded by sinking sand. Your name is great. You are mighty. You do not cause turmoil within me though, You bring peace. Can I have peace that comes from You? I want to find refuge and rest in You. In Jesus' name. Amen.

Inspiration

Silver, gold, and other glittery materials are meaningless compared to the love and friendship of Jesus Christ as He laid down His life to wash away our sins for good. There is power in Jesus' name. When paralyzed by sin, we call out to Him for the strength to rise and walk again. We will continue to mature and grow in our relationship with the Lord because it is a relationship more precious than anything else.

Dear Father, we come this day asking forgiveness of our sin as we seek to know you more. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Inspiration

The early church was at peace, comforted by the Holy Spirit, and growing steadily. They could not use modern technology to spread the Word. Instead, the Holy Spirit consistently provided opportunities to witness; people arrived in multitudes to hear the apostles speak and pass along precious information. Today we have multiple options available to spread the Word efficiently and quickly. We will allow the Holy Spirit to guide us, using technology to spread the Word.

Dear Lord, we are blessed with multiple ways to continue Your ministry. Please keep us prepared for new opportunities every day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Lord, I lay down in my bed full of hope for tomorrow because you alone, O Lord, sustain me. Although life is full of challenges, I choose to believe and trust in you. I surrender all of me to you tonight, and I choose to rest in the warmth of your embrace, knowing that you are an ever-present help in time of need. In Jesus’ name, I believe and pray, Amen.

Seeking the things of God should be your first priority. When you pursue the things of God, you have put yourself in a place where everything that you require will come. God takes care of His own – He always does. Don't think you are missing out on anything when you are focusing on God – because you truly aren't.

Dear God, I set my mind on you and commit myself to pursuing you and the things of your Kingdom. It is more profitable to chase the things of God than the things of this world. You give life; the world does not. May I always remember this, Lord. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Father, thank you for intervening in my life and allowing me to have a personal relationship with you. Thank you for your love for me today and forever. Thank you for the blessings you’ve given me and my family. Help us use those blessings to bless others. May I live a life of true joy as I see you at work around me today! In Jesus' name. Amen.

It is good to be giving – in word and in deed. Give your help wholeheartedly. Give your love without cause. When necessary, give money to those who are in need. You will never regret living a life of giving. The joy and the peace you get in return is irreplaceable.

Dear God, I pray that in all I do may I be as giving as you are to us. I desire to follow your example, Lord, because it is the best example to follow. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

Lord, grant me tenacious winsome courage as I go through this day. When I am tempted to give up, help me to keep going. Grant me a cheerful spirit when things don't go my way. And give me the courage to do whatever needs to be done. In Jesus' name, Amen
